Evangeline Lucy (Parker) Howe Obituary
STEWARTSTOWN Evangeline Edna Lucy Howe, 80, of Stewartstown, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, Aug. 25, 2022.
She was born in W. Stewartstown on Aug. 17, 1942, a daughter to Earl W. and Annie Mae (Ricker) Parker.
For many years, Evangeline worked in Dixville for the Tillotson Rubber Co. She was a beloved wife and a dedicated mother and grandmother. She loved to cook and tend to her garden and flowers, and also loved feeding and watching her hummingbirds.
Evangeline will be remembered as a lady to go to for guidance and wise advice when needed. Her family and friends will miss her dearly.
She leaves behind her husband of almost 60 years, Lloyd Howe, Sr., of Stewartstown; her four children, Lloyd Buster Howe, Jr., and Talena Richards of Colebrook, Sherry Covell of Goffstown, N.H., and Allen Howe of Pulaski, Virginia; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Trudy Gaudette and Edwina Adair of Columbia; and a brother, Leonard Parker of New York.
She is preceded in death by her father, Earl Parker, her mother, Annie Mae Bumford, and 15 siblings.
